    • The Platform will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the products are delivered within the estimated delivery timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, logistical issues, or other external factors beyond the Platform’s control.
    • Upon delivery, it is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect the products and verify that they are in good condition and as ordered. If there are any discrepancies or visible damage to the products, the Customer should immediately notify the Platform’s customer support.
  6. Non-Delivery and Failed Delivery Attempts
    • In the event that the delivery of an order is unsuccessful due to factors such as an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, unavailability of the recipient, or other similar reasons, the Platform may attempt to re-deliver the products, subject to additional charges.
    • If the Platform is unable to deliver the products despite reasonable efforts, the Platform may cancel the order and refund the Customer’s payment, excluding any applicable shipping costs and fees incurred by the Platform.
  7. International Shipping
    • The Platform may offer international shipping options for Customers located outside of Malaysia. International shipping costs, delivery timelines, and customs and import duties may apply. Customers are responsible for complying with any applicable customs regulations and paying any associated duties or taxes.
