This Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the return of products purchased from the Platform. By making a purchase on the Platform, you (“Customer”) agree to comply with this Policy.

  1. Return Eligibility
    • Once the customer clicks “Complete Order,” the order will be finalized. Alternatively, if the customer fails to click “Complete Order” within 7 days of receiving the items, the order will automatically be considered complete, and any further refund requests will not be possible.
    • Otherwise, products bought from the Platform may be returned within 7 (fourteen) days after receiving them, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this Policy.
    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received by the Customer.
    • Certain products may be excluded from this return policy due to hygiene reasons or other applicable regulations. These products will be clearly indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase.
  1. Return Process
    • The Customer has to manually initiate a return and provide the reason for the return.
    • Following a refund request, the admin will handle the requests, assessing their validity. If the request is deemed valid, the admin will determine the appropriate amount for the refund, which could be either a partial or full refund.
    • The maximum amount for a full refund will be the sum of the item’s total cost and the shipping cost. In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to send the items back.
    • The Platform will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return address and any additional requirements.
    • The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  1. Return Conditions
    • The following conditions must be met for a successful return:
      a. The product must be returned within the specified return period.
      b. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
      c. The product must include all accessories, manuals, and any other items originally included with the product.
      d. The return package must include a copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
  1. Return Shipping and Costs
    • Unless otherwise specified, the Customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the product.
    • In case of a faulty product, where the fault lies with the Platform or the seller, the return shipping costs will be borne by the Platform or the seller, as determined by the Platform.
    • The Platform reserves the right to refuse a return or deduct the return shipping costs from the refund if the return does not comply with the conditions outlined in this Policy.
  1. Refund Process
    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the Platform will notify the Customer of the status of the return and the eligibility for a refund.
    • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 (seven) days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  1. Exchanges
    • The Platform does not currently support direct product exchanges.
    • If the Customer wishes to exchange a product, they must follow the return process outlined in this Policy and place a new order for the desired product separately.
  1. Customer Support
    • For any inquiries or assistance regarding returns, the Customer can contact the Platform’s customer service through the provided contact information on the Platform.
  1. Modifications to the Policy
    • The Platform reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time, without prior notice.
    • Any changes to the Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
    • It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the Policy periodically to stay informed about any updates or modifications.

By making a purchase on the Platform, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Return Policy.
